Considered form the German Naval Army as “the Luky Ship” it is the warship that, even though having sunk on December 26th 1944, engaged the big naval battle in the Bears Island during the World War II after many missions bore against the allied convoys in the Atlantic Ocean during the fist years of war.
The assembly kit
For satisfing a large amount of requests, finally here is the Sharnhorst assembly kit for the series “Warship of World War II”, including about 450 components.
The 1:160 scale (used for all the series kit) has been chosen for the good car transportability, even small sized city car, giving nevertheless a very good and detailed model having for the final result a ship with high quality.

The hull is entirely realized in glass-reinforced and includes rudders, masts, propellers and engines with related support All superstructures have been kept from archive photos and then reported on scale to the model dimentions for having the right scale ratio and the particulars precision. The upper desks are made of blue glass-reinforced resin for making each particular easy to work, while the smaller particulars are moulded in white resin that emphasise the reproduction precision. The main deck made of cut plywood (only to be well-finished) and thedeck cover are made with wooden listels 0,5x3 mm The upper masts, the gun machines and many other particulars are made of brass and copper (some to be make as per the inside instrucions _The handbook have about 300 pictures nad a step by step guide for model construction. Each part of description is referred to the pictures, in this way you will have an easy visual guide.

Ended model
The ended model is a magnificent reproduction also for home. It has a high quality, you will experience an emotion only at the first sight of such a beautiful ship, a real dream. Its weight is 7,5 Kg while the length is about 1.465 mm. The kit does not include the batteries (1 for 8A), electronic internal parts (speed regulator, receiver, electric wires and battery holder for radio control) and the radio control (in case mounted a part).
The ended model is made only on demand and the delivery will take about four months.
