A passion born in childhood
My passion for model making, both static and working models, dates back to primary school, when I bought my first plastic assembly kit: a 12 cm Cutty Sark. A great deal has happened since then.
Over the years my model-making techniques have become increasingly refined, along with skill and quality. Every model is handcrafted and finished with great care in every detail.
KITS — MODEL MAKING
Fine models for demanding model makers
I produce assembly kits of Second World War ships using high-quality materials. The models can be built either as static or working models.
Each kit comes with a photographic manual with step-by-step instructions. On request I also assemble kits from other manufacturers when the build is particularly difficult.
RESTORATION
Bringing a model’s beauty back to light
Restoration requires passion, skill and knowledge of the materials and products used to clean and preserve the result.
The true art of model restoration is to bring the beauty of the model back to light without altering its original characteristics.
